The cozy holiday house is located in Banjol on the beautiful island of Rab. Equally suitable for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for two, or even a stay with your kids, the house is only 550 meters from the beach. In addition to the island's unique flora and fauna, Rab offers numerous marked cycling routes and picturesque hiking trails leading to the island's wild, natural beaches. A restaurant and a grocery store are located approximately 500 m away, while the town of Rab, offering further shopping and amenities, is just 3,5 km from the property. About 12 km away, in Lopar, is the famous sandy beach Rajska Plaža ("Paradise Beach"), which is just under 2 km long and offers a wide range of outdoor activities and water sports. After an exciting day at the beach or in nature, the house's terrace invites you to relax and enjoy a barbecue.
House for 4-5 persons: approx. 70 m², across two floors. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a single bed (80 x 200 cm), which serves as a comfortable seat during the day and a cozy bed for one person at night, and a terrace with a table and chairs adjacent to the house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available in the hallway on the upper floor.
Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Parking for 2 cars is provided on the property. Guests have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, located next to the house, at no extra charge. The last 200 meters to the house are via an unpaved road. You may also purchase homemade products such as olive oil, eggs, wine and jam produced by your hosts upon request. Depending on availability and prior arrangement with the hosts, traditional local dishes can be arranged for dinner on-site upon request.
