The cozy holiday apartments of the Perkić family are located in Palit on the beautiful island of Rab. Equally suitable for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for two, or even a stay with your pet, the house with two apartments is only 550 meters from the beach. In addition to the island's unique flora and fauna, Rab offers numerous marked cycling routes and picturesque hiking trails leading to the island's wild, natural beaches. Nearby you will find everything for your daily needs, as restaurant and shopping facilities are within walking distance. About 13 km away, in Lopar, is the famous sandy beach Rajska Plaža ("Paradise Beach"), which is just under 2 km long and offers a wide range of outdoor activities and water sports. After an exciting day at the beach or in nature, the shared garden of the house invites you to relax and enjoy a barbecue. The hosts live in the same house and will be glad to help you with any questions and to provide information about at the area.

Apartment for 6-9 persons AP1: approx. 110 m², located on the ground floor, including a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace, where a table with chairs and TV are available. There are three bedrooms – one with a double bed, a sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) and access to the terrace. The second bedroom comprises a double bed, a single bed and access to the terrace. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has access to the terrace. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The apartment has three bathrooms, each with a shower, and one of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine.

Apartment for 4-6 persons AP2: approx. 100 m², located on the first floor, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a living/sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), TV, air conditioning, dining area and access to the balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom also has access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower. A washing machine is installed in the kitchen.

Further details: Free WiFi. Free private parking is provided on the fenced property. In the garden, a swing, seesaw, trampoline, badminton net, outdoor shower, sun loungers, barbecue and a table with chairs are available for shared use of guests from both apartments.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
