Malinska - Island of Krk - Kvarner Region

Once it was a small fishing village, but today it is a well known tourist centre with many attractions and facilities. Malinska is situated on the western coast of the island of Krk. The Mediterranean climate, numerous beaches and many sunny days make Malinska the ideal place for tourists and have already attracted numerous guests over the past centuries. Malinska was mentioned for the first time in the XV century with the establishment of a mill, after which this place got its name. Many sacral buildings testify to thousands of years of tradition and the rich culture of this area.
