The house with three units for rent and one owner's apartment is located in the center of the lovely seaside town of Medulin, only 400 metres from the beach. This popular holiday destination is not only known for its bustling Mediterranean day and night life but also for its numerous family-friendly sandy beaches and a wide range of amenities for tourists. While your hosts live on the first floor, two guest apartments are located on the top floor of the house and one is located in the small ground-level house on the same property. Conveniently located, you can find everything needed within walking distance – be it the beach, a restaurant or a supermarket.

Apartment for 2 persons AP1: approx. 40 m², located on the top floor. The apartment comprises of one double bedroom, a kitchen including an oven, dining table and a sofa, a bathroom with shower, and a sea-view balcony. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Apartment for 2-4 persons AP2: approx. 45 m², located in the separate ground-level house. A terrace leads to the front door. The apartment comprises of a kitchen including a dining table, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, and a living area equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Apartment for 4-5 persons AP3: approx. 60 m², located on the top floor. The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms (one of which with an extra bed), an open-plan kitchen including an oven, dining table and a couch, a bathroom with shower, and a large covered terrace with views of the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
