The picturesque coastal town of Orebić is located on the southwestern coast of the renowned Pelješac Peninsula, famous for its exceptional wines. In addition to its breathtaking landscape, adorned with vineyards and pine forests, the region boasts numerous stunning beaches and secluded coves. Directly opposite lies the historic town of Korčula, often referred to as the "Little Dubrovnik." Surrounded by a 900 m² plot, the villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The interior is elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. A private swimming pool (7,5 x 3,5 m) with a sun terrace and loungers enhances the outdoor space, complemented by a covered terrace featuring a seating area and a barbecue fireplace. The nearest shopping facility is just 50 meters away, while a restaurant can be found approximately 500 meters from the property.

House for 8 persons: approx. 250 m² on two floors, modernly furnished. On the ground floor there is an open-space living/dining area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the large, covered terrace overlooking the pool. The ground floor also offers a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, TV, access to the terrace and private bathroom with shower, as well as an additional bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV and has access to a large, shared balcony (approx. 120 m²). This balcony offers both a view of the sea and the surrounding area. For added comfort and leisure, the first floor features a sauna, and a room equipped with fitness equipment, TV, PlayStation, foosball and darts. Additionally, guests can enjoy a whirlpool and a table tennis setup on the balcony.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Trampoline in the garden. Private parking for 2 cars within the fenced garden and 2 additional parking spaces in the garage. From your hosts you can buy products such as olive oil, wine and brandy on request.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
