The house with two rental apartments on the ground floor and the private apartment of the host family on the first floor is located within walking distance of the bustling holiday town of Medulin. The nearest natural beach is only a fifteen-minute walk away, while a sandy beach and numerous other beaches with different facilities are located within a radius of 800 m to 5 km and can be easily reached by car. Moreover, this diverse stretch of coastline at the tip of the Istrian peninsula offers countless secluded bays framed by a unique natural landscape. The famous coastal city of Pula is only 9 km away and is definitely worth a visit. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which can not only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for concerts and movie events.
Apartment for 6 persons: approx. 120 m² on the ground floor with private entrance. The apartment offers a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with air conditioning, a living room with a comfortable couch, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. There is also a large covered terrace with table, chairs and views of the small garden.

Medulin - Istria
The holiday venue of Medulin is at the extreme south western coast of Istria and is one of the 20 best-known bathing resorts on the Adriatic. Medulin developed from an agricultural and fishing village to one of the most important holiday resorts in southern Istria. The coast is flat, sandy and fissured. The magnificent vegetation and the mild climate, like the archipelago with its 10 islands and a coastal phenomenon called "Primosten" or "Tombolo", makes Medulin an attractive and irresistible place. Tourism has been developed since the end of XIX century and Medulin was first placed into the Pula travel guide as a potential holiday location around the year 1889. The first regular customers came to Medulin at the same time as the establishment of the community in the year 1909. It has been appreciated above all for its uncontaminated nature and its healthy atmosphere. Every guest can find here an oasis of tranquillity in the pleasant and healthy atmosphere of the Adriatic Sea, one which is calm but at the same time has the dynamics for a lively vacation. The bay of Medulin is ideal for all kinds of water sports activities and outside of the water Medulin offers various activities for free time.
