Holiday house Selak is located on the Makarska Riviera right at the foot of the impressive Biokovo Mountains. Featuring a favorable setting above the lovely seaside resort of Tučepi with its numerous family-friendly pebble beaches, house Selak is just right for a relaxing vacation. In addition to a very quiet location, the house offers an enchanting Mediterranean garden with a unique view of the sea and the beautiful landscape. The interior is very well maintained and offers with three bedrooms and three bathrooms comfy accommodation for up to seven persons. The entire living space is on the ground floor. The upper floor of the house is uninhabited.

House for 6-7 persons: approx. 120 m² on the ground floor, comprising a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a triple bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a further double bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is an open-plan kitchen with living/dining area, air conditioning, couch and dining table.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: Outside, you will find a beautiful garden terrace with seating area, deck chairs, porch swing, set-up pool (4,88 m in diameter, 1,22 m depth) and panoramic views. WiFi available free of charge.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
