This villa is located in the northwestern part of the island of Rab, in Supetarska Draga, one of the oldest settlements on the island. With its cozy interior and four bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to eight guests. Outside, you will find a covered terrace, a private pool (3,8 x 5,3 m), sun loungers, and a barbecue area – perfect for fully enjoying warm days and mild evenings with family or friends. In addition to the island’s unique flora and fauna, there are numerous marked cycling routes and scenic hiking trails that lead to the island’s wild, unspoiled beaches. About 8 km away, in Lopar, is the famous sandy beach Rajska plaža ("Paradise Beach"), which is almost 2 km long and offers a wide range of outdoor activities and water sports. The nearest restaurant is approximately 500 meters away, while a grocery store can be found about 1,5 km from the villa.
House for 8 persons: approx. 130 m², spread over three floors. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and access to the covered sea-view terrace, a cozy living room with a sofa, fireplace, dining table for four, air conditioning and a WC. The first floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace with sea view and a bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub. The second floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace with sea view and a bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom with a pull-out sofa (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower, and a sauna. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
Further details: WiFi free of charge. Private parking for 2 cars and an additional free parking space for 1 car at the house. X-Box in the fourth bedroom. Exercise bike on the second floor. Four bicycles are available free of charge. Free boat mooring available on request (approx. 300 m from the property).
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
