Thanks to its proximity to Ploče, it serves as an excellent starting point for trips to the beautiful beaches of the Makarska Riviera, the island of Korčula, or the spectacular Neretva Delta, which is particularly popular with nature and bird lovers. The villa is situated on a fully fenced property and is available for your exclusive use. The spacious garden (1200 m²) ensures peace and privacy. Enjoy a private swimming pool (4 x 8 m) with a sun terrace, outdoor shower, and sun loungers. The interior is modernly furnished and offers a high level of comfort with a total of four bedrooms. A restaurant and a grocery store are within walking distance (500 m), while additional shopping options for daily needs can be found in the town of Ploče, just 5 km away.

House for 8 persons: approx. 160 m² on two floors. The modernly furnished house features a spacious open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning, a cozy couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the covered terrace (150 m²) with a view of the pool and the sea. Furthermore, there is one bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV and have a balcony with a sea view. Additionally, on this floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available available free of charge. Parking for 4 cars on the property. The pool can be heated on request in May, June and September. Darts on the terrace. Two bicycles for adults are available free of charge.
