The typical Istrian terraced house dates back to the time when stone and other building materials had to be spared and meticulously shared. Therefore the building of terraced homes has become very popular. Future neighbours used to built their houses together, they helped each other and later the good relations were maintained. The house is furnished in a traditional style and has two comfortable bedrooms and all amenities needed for a comfortable holiday with your dearest ones. Restaurant, shops and the closest beach are within walking distance. The neighbouring coastal town of Medulin is only 2 km away and offers a family-friendly sandy beach as well as numerous entertainment and nightlife options. The landlords live in the same village and will gladly help with any questions during your stay.
House for 4-5 persons: approx. 115 m² on two floors, completely renovated. At the entrance, there is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue fireplace. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with dining area, storage room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a living room with air conditioning and a terrace.
Further details: A safe is provided. WiFi available free of charge. The garden is fully fenced. On request, your hosts, who also live in Ližnjan, can provide you with homemade products and seasonal vegetables.

Medulin - Istria
The holiday venue of Medulin is at the extreme south western coast of Istria and is one of the 20 best-known bathing resorts on the Adriatic. Medulin developed from an agricultural and fishing village to one of the most important holiday resorts in southern Istria. The coast is flat, sandy and fissured. The magnificent vegetation and the mild climate, like the archipelago with its 10 islands and a coastal phenomenon called "Primosten" or "Tombolo", makes Medulin an attractive and irresistible place. Tourism has been developed since the end of XIX century and Medulin was first placed into the Pula travel guide as a potential holiday location around the year 1889. The first regular customers came to Medulin at the same time as the establishment of the community in the year 1909. It has been appreciated above all for its uncontaminated nature and its healthy atmosphere. Every guest can find here an oasis of tranquillity in the pleasant and healthy atmosphere of the Adriatic Sea, one which is calm but at the same time has the dynamics for a lively vacation. The bay of Medulin is ideal for all kinds of water sports activities and outside of the water Medulin offers various activities for free time. The winter climate is very pleasant and mild.Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, visit to the city of Pula, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves and the Lipizzaner stud farm in Slovenia.
