The comfortably furnished House Mare is located in Medulin, at the southern tip of Istria. Medulin is a lively coastal town that offers numerous entertainment options and a vibrant array of water sports during the summer months. Additionally, Medulin boasts the only sandy beach on the Istrian peninsula. With its friendly and colorful interior and three air-conditioned bedrooms, the house accommodates up to six people. Outside, you will find a large, well-maintained garden with a covered terrace, a summer kitchen with a barbecue fireplace, a private set-up pool (4,5 x 4,5 m, depth 1,20 m), and sun loungers – the perfect place to spend a warm summer evening and enjoy an alfresco dinner with family and friends. Equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, this house is ideal for those who wish to spend their vacation in a peaceful environment while having easy access to the beach and lively coastal towns. The nearest beach is only 600 meters from the property, and the center of Medulin is 1.5 km away. The famous city of Pula, with its unique amphitheater and numerous other exciting attractions, is just 10 km away. The entire house, along with the garden and pool, is available for your exclusive use.

House for 6 persons: Approximately 125 m² on two floors. The ground floor comprises a spacious living/dining room with a comfortable couch and air conditioning, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, and a separate WC. The living room provides direct access to the large terrace. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a balcony.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
