The new, modernly furnished house with six comfortable bedrooms and large garden with private swimming pool (8 x 5 m) is located in Ližnjan, a peaceful and quiet place on the southern tip of the beautiful Istrian Peninsula. The area is well known for its numerous lovely beaches and secluded bays, which are within walking distance from the property. In addition to a well-kept outdoor area with covered barbecue terrace and outdoor dining area, you will find a very spacious holiday villa equipped with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

House for 12 persons: approx. 280 m² on three floors. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with small dining area, a living room with air conditioning and access to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, a large living room with couch set and separate reading corner, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a large terrace with sea view. The second floor comprises two double bedrooms, a small balcony and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
