This beautiful apartment house with three units for rent is located within walking distance of the bustling holiday town of Medulin. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden planted with cherry trees, fig trees, vegetables, and fragrant Mediterranean herbs. The perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet after a long day at one of Medulin's numerous beaches.
1 apartment for 2-3 persons AP1: private entrance, approx. 60 m², located on the ground floor. The AP1-apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with air conditioning and a sofa bed (sleeps 1), an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace.
1 apartment for 2 persons AP2: private entrance, approx. 55 m², located on the ground floor. The AP2-apartment comes with one bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and fan, a kitchen, a living room with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a separate WC, and a terrace.
1 apartment for 2 persons AP3: private entrance, approx. 20 m², located on the first floor. The AP3-apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with dining table, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and a private terrace (approx. 30 m²).
Further details: WiFi free of charge. The owners live in the same house on the first floor. If required, you can have your laundry washed and ironed by the landlady (for a fee).

Medulin - Istria
The holiday venue of Medulin is at the extreme south western coast of Istria and is one of the 20 best-known bathing resorts on the Adriatic. Medulin developed from an agricultural and fishing village to one of the most important holiday resorts in southern Istria. The coast is flat, sandy and fissured. The magnificent vegetation and the mild climate, like the archipelago with its 10 islands and a coastal phenomenon called "Primosten" or "Tombolo", makes Medulin an attractive and irresistible place. Tourism has been developed since the end of XIX century and Medulin was first placed into the Pula travel guide as a potential holiday location around the year 1889. The first regular customers came to Medulin at the same time as the establishment of the community in the year 1909. It has been appreciated above all for its uncontaminated nature and its healthy atmosphere. Every guest can find here an oasis of tranquillity in the pleasant and healthy atmosphere of the Adriatic Sea, one which is calm but at the same time has the dynamics for a lively vacation. The bay of Medulin is ideal for all kinds of water sports activities and outside of the water Medulin offers various activities for free time. The winter climate is very pleasant and mild.Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, visit to the city of Pula, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves and the Lipizzaner stud farm in Slovenia.
