The charming guesthouse is located in "Duće-Rogač," a quaint Dalmatian coastal village rarely featured in major travel guides or catalogues. Here, accommodations are not in large hotels but rather in cozy, family-run guesthouses that offer a more personal experience. Situated approximately 20 km south of Split and just 2 km from Omiš, this small seaside retreat is nestled in a unique landscape between the majestic Biokovo Mountain range and numerous beautiful coves with sandy beaches.

21 Rooms: renovated and modernly furnished, featuring a minibar, air conditioning, TV, shower and hairdryer.
Standard Double Room: approx. 19 m², double bed, balcony.
Superior Double Room: approx. 32 m², double bed, located on the fourth floor, balcony with sea view.
Single Room: approx. 12 m², single bed, to the park side.

Meals: breakfast is included in the price and is served in the cozy breakfast room of the house.

Further details: Guests have access to a communal barbecue. Various water sports are available on the beach. Free on-site parking is provided – prior reservation is required. WiFi available free of charge.
