This comfortable villa with five bedrooms is located in the village of Vrsine, only 1,5 km from the coast, lined with numerous family-friendly beaches. The village is conveniently situated near two UNESCO World Heritage cities, Trogir (approx. 9 km) and Split (approx. 36 km). The fully enclosed property features a main house and a pool house with a rustic summer kitchen, complete with kitchen supplies, a table and benches, as well as a garden barbecue. Additionally, a private pool (3 x 8 m) with a sun terrace and loungers is available for your exclusive use. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are approximately 300 m away.

House for 9 persons: approx. 239 m², on two floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a living/dining area and air conditioning, two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the main living area is located. Here, you’ll find an open-plan living room with a sofa, dining table, and another fully equipped kitchen. This space is air-conditioned and provides access to a balcony with views of the surrounding landscape. The upper floor also features three additional bedrooms: two with double beds, one of which offers balcony access, and one with a single bed and balcony access. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Private parking for up to 4 cars on the enclosed property. Three bicycles (2 for adults and 1 for children) are available for free use. A boat mooring is available upon request for 15 euros per day (payment on the spot) and is located approx. 1,5 km from the villa.
