In the small village of Mučići, just 10 minutes by car from the famous tourist town of Opatija, the comfortable holiday villa is situated on a completely fenced property, reserved for your exclusive use. The spacious, enclosed garden ensures peace and privacy. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (9,5 x 4 m) with a sun terrace, outdoor shower, and comfortable sun loungers, as well as children's playground. The interior is comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. The nearby Učka Nature Park (approx. 19 km) with its diverse flora and fauna invites you to take long hikes and walks. For beach lovers, this location is also ideal, as the well-known beaches of Preluk and Opatija are approx. 10 km away. The lively towns such as Malinska (island of Krk), Selce and Crikvenica with their numerous beaches, entertainment and shopping opportunities are also easy to reach by car. The nearest restaurant is about 600 m away and a grocery store can be found approximately 1 km from the villa. Everything else for daily needs can be found in Matulji, about 7 km away.

House for 6-8 persons: approx. 140 m², on the first floor, comprising a living/dining area with a sofa bed (100 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen and access to the covered balcony (25 m²). There are also three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of the bedrooms includes an additional bed (90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The house has two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The ground floor of the house is neither rented out nor inhabited. An additional highlight is the rustic pool house (approx. 25 m²), which features a kitchenette with a fireplace, sink, stove, refrigerator, table and chairs. In front of the pool house, guests can enjoy an outdoor dining area and a barbecue – perfect for relaxed summer evenings.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
