The detached house is located in Gornje Zagorje, about 10 km from the town of Ogulin and about 70 km from the famous Plitvice Lakes National Park. Here you can discover the country of Croatia, which is well known for its coastal resorts from a completely different side, as this part of the country offers many more than just beach holidays. Set in a quiet and peaceful village far away from tourist crowds and busy roads, house Zagorka is an ideal starting point for extensive hikes, walks and bike tours through the amazing nature. The perfect spot to get away from it all and to reload your batteries. And if you do feel like going to the beach, we recommend a day trip to Novi Vinodolski, Crikvenica or Selce – lively coastal towns in the Kvarner region, which are about 100 km away and can be reached by car in about an hour.

House for 8-10 persons: ca. 200 m², comprising a basement, ground floor and first floor. The basement features a multipurpose room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a foosball, and an infrared sauna, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor includes another fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area, a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and direct access to a spacious terrace (45 m²) with a view of the surrounding greenery. Additionally, the ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. The first floor has two bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed, one single bed, air conditioning and a TV. A bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor.

Further details: additional amenities include free Wifi, private parking for 5 cars on the premises. From the basement, you can step onto a covered terrace with a jacuzzi – a perfect place to relax in warm water. Next to it, there is a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The ground floor and basement are not connected by an internal staircase but can be accessed separately via an external staircase. In the garden, the sun terrace with sun loungers offers a peaceful spot to unwind while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
