House Casa Que Sera Sera is situated in the renowned village of Premantura, at the southern tip of Istria, and close to the famous Rt Kamenjak Nature Park, where you can explore the untouched nature. The house offers a secluded courtyard with a covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a summer kitchen equipped with a sink and barbecue. The interior of the house is spacious and decorated in retro style. Premantura offers everything for daily needs, as a restaurant (300 m), shopping facilities (300 m) and the beach (600 m) are within walking distance. The famous coastal city of Pula is only 10 km away and is definitely worth a visit. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which can not only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for concerts and movie events.

House for 7-8 persons: approx. 260 m², spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a rustic dining area, a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor of this charming house, every corner is designed with utmost care so that you can feel completely comfortable and enjoy your free time. A spacious common room, with several comfortable seating areas, provides a perfect spot to relax und unwind. Additionally, there is a living room with a comfortable sofa set and three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom features a double bed, and a small living area (without a door) with sleeping option for one person as well as TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a bright anteroom with antique seating and TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. Air conditioning on the first floor is available in the hallway between the second and third bedroom. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The balcony can be accessed from the hallway on the first floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, two armchairs, air conditioning and a balcony with sea view. There is also a bathroom with shower, which leads to another balcony featuring an inflatable jacuzzi for two and two sun loungers.
