Detached house with fenced garden in quiet location of Ližnjan, only 2 km to the sandy beach in Medulin

The detached house with two bedrooms is situated in Ližnjan only a few minutes by car or by bicycle from the sea. Surrounded by a fully fenced garden, you can feel completely undisturbed and enjoy your peace and privacy. Restaurant and shopping facilities are just a few steps away from the property. While in Ližnjan you will find everything for your daily needs, the neighbouring coastal town of Medulin offers a wide range of gastronomic delights as well as numerous amenities for tourists and a sandy beach.

House for 4-5 persons: approx. 74 m², at ground level. There is an open-plan kitchen with dining table, living area and access to the large terrace (approx. 12 m²). Furthermore, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has an extra bed (115 x 200 cm). All rooms are air-conditioned.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.

Pets: Please note that only small dogs are allowed.
