The detached villa is located on private plot of 2,000 m² just outside the village of Radetići. The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated and offers a high level of comfort with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Well thought out and adapted to high standards, the house is equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing stay and is suitable for families as well as couples, because everyone can find their retreat here. Beyond the private swimming pool (6 x 4 m) with a sun terrace, loungers and parasols, guests will find a generous covered outdoor area designed for relaxation and leisure. This space features a summer kitchen equipped with a grill, sink, refrigerator and stove, as well as a dining table with chairs for convivial meals outdoors and a stylish lounge area with plush seating enhances the inviting ambiance. There is also an integrated fitness corner with fitness equipment, which is perfect for sporting activities during your stay. An additional highlight is the separate wellness area in the garden, which includes a jacuzzi. Thanks to the large glass fronts, you can enjoy the view of greenery and completely relax. While you can enjoy your peace and privacy in the green surroundings of Radetići, the lively coastal resorts such as Poreč, Vrsar and Rovinj with a wide range of restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife are just a few minutes away by car. In addition, this stretch of coastline attracts with many wonderful beaches for swimming and sunbathing as well as countless opportunities for outdoor sports activities.

House for 8 persons: approx. 200 m², spread across two floors. The ground floor comprises living/dining area with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with its own terrace access. This level also includes three bedrooms – two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a TV, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a separate WC. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. A children's playground with a slide and swing, as well as a table tennis setup, can be found in the garden. Private parking is available for three cars within the fenced property. The final 50 meters to the house are via an unpaved road.
