Equipped with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay, this place is just right for all those who desire to spend their vacation in a peaceful and quiet area while the beach as well as lovely coastal towns are in easy reach. The closest beach is located at a distance of only 1 kilometer from the property.

House for 8-9 persons: Approximately 210 m² are spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfy living room with a fireplace, an exercise room, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is a laundry room and a separate bathroom. The first floor features a loft equipped with a sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi free of charge. The house is equipped with two air conditioning units. The garden is fully fenced. There are two covered parking spaces. If you have a boat with you, you can park the trailer directly on the property, which offers enough space. There is a slipway nearby.
