The traditional Istrian stone house is located on a beautiful property of 2000 m², in a small village, named Sv. Kirin. Located in the southern part of Istria, having only 20 inhabitants, Sv. Kirin is the right place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with the whole family. The today’s owner, a young heir of the family, knew exactly how to keep the old charm and spirit, when he started to renovate the house. Even though it was completely reconstructed and adapted to needs of modern life, the owner succeeded to preserve many traditional details, which create an unique atmosphere. Heading inside, you will find spacious interiors equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. And when it comes to swimming and sunbathing, you will certainly enjoy the benefits of having your own private swimming pool right in front of the door.

House for 8 persons: approx. 160 m² spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an air conditioned living room with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and an open fireplace. Furthermore a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first floor comes with air conditioning in the corridor, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A small wine cellar (20m²) with a great choice of local wines is located in the basement of the house.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: central heating, covered terrace in the backyard, private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), fully fenced property. WiFi free of charge.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.

In order to accommodate the ever-increasing demand for holiday homes with particularly child-friendly equipment, we have selected some properties which meet these criteria.
