The family-friendly holiday villa is located about 19 km from Poreč on a fully fenced plot and offers the best conditions for a relaxing stay in a private atmosphere, whether with friends or family. The well-maintained outdoor area comes with a private pool (4 x 8 m), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a barbecue as well as a covered terrace with outdoor dining area. Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room, four comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms. The small village is about 20 minutes by car from the coast, the nearest beaches are in Poreč. In the village of Tinjan, about 3 km away, you will find a restaurant and shopping facilities. While you can enjoy your peace and privacy in the green surroundings of Tinjan and find everything for your daily needs, the lively coastal resorts such as Poreč and Vrsar with a wide range of restaurants, shopping and nightlife are easily accessible by car. In addition, this stretch of coastline attracts with many wonderful beaches for swimming, sunbathing and countless opportunities for outdoor sports activities.

House for 10 persons: approx. 240 m², on three floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and air conditioning, a comfortable living room with air conditioning, as well as two separate WCs. The terrace with a pergola and seating area is accessible through the main entrance. The first floor consists of two bedrooms – one with a double bed, a single bed, TV, air conditioning and access to a balcony, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV and air conditioning. This floor also includes two bathrooms, each with a shower. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one with a double bed, a single bed, TV and air conditioning, and the other bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning and direct access to a balcony. This level also has two bathrooms, both with a shower. Moreover, the pool house (approx. 50 m²) offers an additional amenity, as it comes with another kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and fireplace, providing extra convenience for guests.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. There are 3 parking spaces available on the fenced property, and another parking space is in the garage. Six bicycles (5 for adults and 1 for a child) are available for free use. A table tennis table in the garden invites you to enjoy a friendly match, while the sauna and whirlpool provide pure relaxation. A children's playground with a swing, seesaw, trampoline, and badminton net is located opposite the villa, fully fenced, and available exclusively for your use.
