Climate-friendly tiny house on large private plot (1300 m²), only 1,2 km to the beach and 4 km to Pula and Fažana

This simply furnished cottage is located in a quiet suburb of Pula, only 1,2 km from the nearest beach and about 4 km from the historic city center. Pula awaits its visitors with numerous sights, restaurants, places to go out and shopping facilities. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which can not only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for different concerts and movie events. Just a few minutes away by car is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats leave for the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, which are definitely worth a visit. Restaurant and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

House for 2-3 persons: approx. 43 m² on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living/dining area with kitchen and couch and a bathroom with shower. From the living area a staircase leads to the upper floor comprising a sleeping loft with a double bed, a sofa bed (150 x 190 cm) and TV.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Covered terrace with table and benches, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue are available in the partially fenced garden. Free private parking on the property. The landlady is keen to keep everything as climate friendly as possible. Therefore, the house has a solar system on the roof, which supplies it with energy to be used sparingly. For this reason, you won't find appliances like an oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave or air conditioning here. Water is supplied by its own well. This water is suitable for cooking and showering, drinking water you should buy/bring along.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.

Wir (2 Erwachsene 1 Hund) haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Kurzurlaub wirklich genießen. Der Garten ist sehr groß, im Haus ist alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hunde sollten einigermaßen gehorsam und nicht übertrieben wachsam sein, da der Garten nicht zu 100% eingezäunt ist. Da das Haus aber am Ende eines ruhigen Weges liegt, kommen kaum Menschen vorbei, unser Hund war jedenfalls entspannt. Gleich hinter dem Haus gibt es einsame Feldwege, wo man in aller Ruhe eine Gassirunde drehen kann. Es gibt aktuell (noch) keine Klimaanlage, aber wir hatten Glück und es hat abends immer etwas abgekühlt. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder.

Plin de insecte,scorpion,șobolan mort în grădina,păcat de terasă ca nu se putea sta afară de țânțari,plin de boscheți în grădina care nu era închis complet și fără poartă.Taxa pentru câine plătită și nu se putea lăsa liber în grădina pentru scaieți si neîngrijire.Foarte cald ,fără plasă (era doar o perdea )la geamuri.Noaptea nu se putea dormi de cald și de lătratul câinilor până spre dimineață.Atentie la curent,am rămas două nopți fără curent..Pe scurt nu e o locație de 4 stele.

Das Haus mit Garten war genau wie beschrieben etwas abseits der Straße und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Eine die fehlende Klimaanlage ist kein Problem, da es recht kühl war im Haus. Man ist nicht unmittelbar von Nachbarn umgeben was das Sitzen im Garten sehr privat und angenehm macht. Wir wurden total herzlich empfangen und mit Obst und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen das House Ulika sehr.

Pula - Istria

Pula is the economic centre of Istria and is situated in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. Pula is known above all for its antique monuments, like the Roman amphitheatre, the Augustus temple, the victory gate of the Serge, but also as a great trading centre. The tourist infrastructure is outside of the town centre on the slopes of the peninsula Verudela, partly divided by hundred-year old fir forests. Characteristic of Verudela is the view of the fissured coast, with its islands, bays and beaches full of rocks and gravel. Pula is suited above all for family vacations and to lovers of classical music and interesting concerts are often organised in the amphitheatre. As examples, it is worth mentioning that in 2003 there was a concert by Placido Domingo and in 2004 by Luciano Pavarotti.There are many possibilities for various sport activities.
Excursions available: Venice, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Brijuni National Park, canoe safari, jeep safari, “Fish Picnic” boat excursion, Istria tour, visit to the Postojna coves and the Lipizzaner stud farm in Slovenia.
