Perfect for a family getaway, a romantic retreat for two, or even a vacation with your dog, the apartments are just 300 meters from the beach and offer stunning sea views. The shared outdoor area includes a sea-view terrace with sun loungers, a whirlpool, sauna, shower, and a summer kitchen – the perfect spot to savor warm days and balmy evenings with family or friends. Rab Island is renowned for its unique flora and fauna, as well as a network of marked cycling routes and picturesque hiking trails that lead to its wild, unspoiled beaches. About 8 km away in Lopar, you’ll find the famous Rajska plaža (“Paradise Beach”), a nearly 2 km-long sandy beach offering various outdoor and water sports activities. The nearest restaurant is 500 meters away, and a grocery store is about 1,5 km from the property.

Apartment for 2 persons AP1: approx. 32 m², located on the first floor with a private entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with TV, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, sea-view balcony, and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment for 4 persons AP2: approx. 49 m², located on the first floor with a private entrance. The apartment comprises a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with air conditioning and TV, two bedrooms with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The living area and the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, offering lovely sea views.

Apartment for 6 persons AP3: approx. 100 m² over two levels, with private entrance on the first floor. The lower level includes a spacious, bright living and dining area with air conditioning, TV, a comfortable couch, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a balcony with sea views. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a balcony with sea views. An additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine are also located on the lower level. A spiral staircase leads from the living area to the attic, where you will find a third bedroom with a double bed.

Guests can also enjoy the shared outdoor space below the house, featuring a summer kitchen, barbecue, TV, dining area, sauna, shower, terrace with loungers, a whirlpool, and stunning sea views. A boat mooring (approx. 300 meters away) is available on request.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
