The cozy furnished holiday house Felix awaits you in a picturesque hillside location with breathtaking views of the sea and the offshore island of Cres. The detached house is located in Sveta Marina and is only 500 m away from the beach. Sveta Marina is a scenic little village on the east coast of Istria offering just perfect preconditions for a relaxing stay combined with various outdoor activities. In addition to secluded coves for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling, you will find an amazing landscape that is just right for extended walking tours in the countryside. Restaurant and shopping facilities are within walking distance, while Labin, 8 km away, offers everything else for your daily needs as well as a historic town, which is certainly worth a visit. Both the house and the well-kept terraced garden with olives, fig trees and fragrant rosemary are completely at your disposal for your exclusive use.

House for 6-7 persons: approx. 91 m² (main house and side cottage). The main house offers about 70 m² on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with sofa bed for a child up to 14,99 years, a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning in the corridor (cools both bedrooms when doors are open). The annex cottage offers 21 m², comprising a living/bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, kitchenette, dining table and a bathroom with shower.
