Medveja, located in the Kvarner Bay, is an appealing destination for guests of all ages, not only for its proximity to the renowned coastal towns of Lovran and Opatija. From the property you can enjoy wonderful views of the blue sea in the Kvarner Bay with its green islands and the city of Rijeka. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks and hikes through the evergreen countryside, and those who climb the mountain Učka will be rewarded with breathtaking, panoramic views of Istria. Opatija, the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” is approx. 10 km away and definitely worth a visit. The nearest grocery store is just 300 meters away, while a restaurant can be found about 2,5 km from the property.

Apartment for 2-3 persons AP1: approx. 25 m², located on the second floor, with entrance via the shared corridor. Living area with sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), kitchen, dining area, air conditioning, and a balcony with sea view. Additionally, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower. Shared laundry room with a washing machine available in the entrance area.

Apartment for 4-5 persons AP2: approx. 50 m², located on the second floor, with entrance via the shared corridor. Living area with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living area and both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony with stunning sea views. An additional bathroom with a shower and WC, exclusively for AP2 guests, is accessible via the shared corridor.

Studio for 2 persons ST1: approx. 30 m², located on the second floor, with entrance via the shared corridor. Living/sleeping area with air conditioning, double bed, kitchenette, dining area, and a balcony with sea view. Additionally, a bathroom with shower. Shared laundry room with a washing machine available in the entrance area.

Further details: Free WiFi available. Free private parking for 3 cars on the enclosed property. The last 200 meters to the house lead up a steep, paved road. Depending on availability and prior arrangement with the hosts, breakfast can be booked on-site upon request.
