Mobile home "VM Lux" for 4-6 persons: approx. 24 m², one double room with double bed, one double room with two single beds. Living/sleeping area with kitchenette (stove with 4 hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle) and sleeping accommodation for two people, a bathroom with shower/WC, covered terrace (approx. 11 m²) with seating. Also air conditioning and a car park at the mobile home. No television.

Mobile home "VM Lux Grand" for 4-6 persons: approx. 32 m², one double room with double bed, one double room with two single beds. Living/sleeping area with kitchenette (stove with 4 hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle) and sleeping accommodation for two people, two bathrooms with shower/WC, covered terrace (approx. 12-15 m²) with seating and deckchairs. Also air conditioning and a car park at the mobile home. No television.

Mobile home "VM Premium Exclusive Grand" for 4-6 persons: approx. 36 m², one bedroom with double bed (164x205 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (84x205 cm each), two bathrooms with shower and WC. Living room with fully equipped kitchenette ( electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher) and dining table and chairs, plus pull-out sofa bed for two people. Spacious covered terrace (approx. 25 m²) with seating set and two sun loungers. Also SAT-TV, air conditioning and a car park at the mobile home.

Important note: A deposit of € 150 for the Premium Exclusive Grand type and 100 € for the Lux and Lux Grand types must be paid on arrival. Final cleaning included in the price. Tourist tax (approx 1.60 € per person and day) payable on site. Bed linen and towels for the Premium Exclusive Grand type are included in the price. Please bring your own tea towels. Bed linen, towels and tea towels for the Lux and Lux Grand types must be brought along, or it is also possible to hire bed linen and towels on site. The rental price for bed linen is 26 € per double bed and 13 € per single bed per stay or change, the rental price for a towel set (1 shower towel + 1 towel) is 5 € - payable on site. Extra tent not allowed. The check-out time on the day of departure is usually 9 am.

Poreč - Istria

Porec is the main tourist centre of Istria, situated in the central part of Istria’s west coast. Its history has ancient origins and all the people who have dominated here have left indelible traces, like the Jupiter temple from Roman times, the Roman house and the house of the two holy ones from the Romanesque period. Many Gothic buildings are constructed in the Venetian style as well as other cultural monuments. The best known monument in Porec is for certain the Eufrasian Basilica, from the VI century, where there are conserved some wonderful mosaics of the Byzantine age and which in 1997 was inscribed on the World Heritage List under the protection of UNESCO. The beginnings of tourism date back to the XIX century, but the largest developments were made in the middle of the 60's and at the beginning of the 70's, continuing up to the end of the 20th century. Today, Porec is a celebrated tourist location, with countless facilities for those who love activity vacations ashore or on the sea, but also for lovers of culture, families with children and above all for young people, who can pass pleasant moments in the innumerable bars in the historic town centre. The hinterland offers wine trails, possibilities to rent country houses, medieval small towns and only 8 km away, the opportunity to visit the most well known cave in Istria at Baredine.
