The numerous beaches in Rovinj and the enchanting old town are just a few minutes away by car. House for 4-5 persons: approx. 100 m² spread over two floors. The ground floor comprises a bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a cozy living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a terrace, and a separate WC. The first floor offers a bedroom with air conditioning, two single beds, and a sofa bed (80 x 190 cm), as well as a bathroom with shower.

Further details: Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is available on-site. Upon request, guests can purchase products such as wine, olive oil, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from the hosts' garden, as they reside in Rovinj.
