Located about a fifteen-minute walk from the center of Medulin, this detached house accommodates up to 4 people. Outside, you will find a well-maintained garden with a terrace, a private set-up pool (7,3 x 3,6 m, depth 1,20–1,25 m), sun loungers and a barbecue. Equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, this house is ideal for those who wish to spend their holiday in a convenient location while having easy access to the beach and lively coastal towns. The nearest beach is approximately 900 meters away, while a sandy beach called "Bijeca" is located about 2,5 kilometers away. The center of Medulin is 1 kilometer away. The famous coastal town of Pula is just 8 km away and is definitely worth a visit. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which can not only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for concerts and movie events. The entire house, along with the garden and pool, is available for your exclusive use.

House for 2-4 persons: approx. 60 m², all on one level. The larger room features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and access to the terrace. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a TV and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Free private parking for 2 cars on the property. A cycling path is passing nearby.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
