The detached house with two holiday apartments, fully fenced garden and the private flat of the landlords is located in a quiet area of Pula, only 7 km from the nearest beach and 3 km from the historic city center. Pula offers its visitors numerous sights, restaurants, places to go out and shopping facilities. The most famous monument and landmark of the city is the impressive Arena, an amphitheater dating back to Roman times, which cannot only be visited, but also serves as a unique open-air stage for different concerts and movie events. Only 10 minutes by car from Pula is the fishing village of Fažana, from where excursion boats depart for the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, which are definitely worth a visit. Restaurant and shops are within walking distance.

Apartment for 4-5 persons: approx. 75 m² on the ground floor, with private entrance and private terrace (about 35 m²). Fully equipped kitchen, living room with air conditioning, dining area and sofa bed (90 x 200 cm), two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Studio apartment for 2 persons: approx. 30 m² on the ground floor, with private entrance and private terrace (about 20 m²). Living/bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
