This two-story house, renovated in 2021, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the picturesque Istrian countryside. Located in the peaceful village of Kuftići, situated between Barban and Vodnjan, the house is an ideal retreat for up to four guests. Surrounded by green countryside, the location invites you to enjoy scenic walks and bike rides. Approximately 15 km away, the beach in Fažana offers several bays and beaches that are perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The house is comfortably furnished, featuring an open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor, which comprises a fully equipped kitchen. Two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor ensure additional comfort. The highlight of the property is its outdoor area. A private swimming pool (3 x 7 m) offers a refreshing escape on warm summer days, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. A terrace with a barbecue, table and chairs invites you for enjoying meals under the open sky. The property covers 300 m² and is completely fenced. The nearest restaurant is approximately 4 km away, and a grocery store can be found about 6 km from the property. For additional daily needs, the town of Vodnjan, located 9 km away, offers a variety of shops and attractions. Vodnjan is home to the Church of Saint Blasius, famous not only for the highest tower in Istria, but also for its impressive collection of sacred art and the "Mummies of Vodnjan".

House for 4 persons: approx. 65 m², across two floors, comfortably furnished. The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where two bedrooms are located – one with a double bed and the other one also with a double bed (120 x 200 cm) as well as access to the shared balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. Moreover, the pool house (approx. 30 m²) offers an additional amenity as it comes with a kitchenette equipped with sink, stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine, a dining area, a sofa and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. This space is air-conditioned.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
