Getting there

...with your own Car

• You will receive information on how to get there in your travel documents.

• For cruises, we are happy to arrange monitored car parking for the duration of your trip. Our service team in the ports of embarkation will help you to take your luggage on board the ship.

...by Plane

• We offer a selection of chartered and scheduled flights. If you book your flight and accommodation through I.D. Riva Tours, the transfer to the accommodation will be organised and is included in the total price. Our staff will wait for you at the airport and show you the way.

• You can of course also reserve a rental car which will be ready for you on arrival at the airport in Croatia.

• If you would like to book the flight yourself directly with the airline: You may also add a transfer to your accommodation booked through I.D. Riva Tours.

During your Holiday

• We have a big network of qualified English-speaking representatives who are there to look after you locally. You will receive all the information and telephone numbers you need in the travel documents. Therefore, you can always get hold of our representative who is available 24/7 in case of an emergency! On the islands in Dalmatia, you will be looked after by phone by our service offices. Of course, in case of an emergency, these are also available 24 hours a day.

• All our accommodation has been selected by us based on strict criteria. We use our many years of experience to ensure that we deal with the best from the huge range of accommodation available. Of course, we not only ensure that there is accommodation with outstanding levels of comfort, but that there are also holiday homes for smaller budgets. In any case, we ensure that accommodation is value for money!

• Our representatives offer a wide range of excursions. This includes classic trips from Istria to Venice or to the stalactite caves of Postojna, as well as the popular fish picnic on board a boat, which is available all along the coast. However, you can also visit medieval mountain villages and towns, such as Motovun or Hum, the latter known as the ‘smallest town in the world’. Of course, the Plitvice Lakes, one of the most beautiful national parks in Europe, are available in the excursion programme. You can go on a Jeep safari in the Velebit mountains, and the Dalmatian Zrmanja and Cetina rivers offer the best conditions for kayak and rafting tours.

Cruise

When you book a cruise with I.D. Riva Tours, you are getting the full service at the best price. Our captains are both, owners of the ships and your hosts. Get to know the secluded coves and bays of Croatia’s islands and seek refreshment in the crystal-clear water of the Adriatic Sea. In the afternoons and evenings, you can take a stroll in the most beautiful harbour towns in the Mediterranean. Full board or half board is already included in the price of the cruise. We also offer a number of activity tours, with a focus on cycling and hiking.

Holiday Homes & Apartments

When you book a holiday home or holiday apartment with I.D. Riva Tours, there are no extra costs or hidden costs. It’s not just bedding, towels, visitor’s tax, electricity, gas and water that are included in the price, but also cleaning at the end of the stay, and air conditioning, where available. We also don’t ask for a deposit as we base ourselves on mutual trust.

Hotels & Holiday Resorts

Sojourn tax and registration fees are included in almost all hotels and holiday resorts. For mobile homes, cleaning at the end is often either included or directly payable upon booking. Partly, payment for registration fees and sojourn tax is made locally. This is specifically included in our descriptions, so it won’t come as a surprise later on.
