Mobile home “Oliva” for 4-6 persons: approx. 32 m², living area with sofa bed for two people (ideal for children), dining table and kitchenette. The kitchenette is modernly equipped and has a sink, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, and a gas stove with 4 hobs. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and a terrace. Also TV and air conditioning.
Important note: A deposit of 100 € is required upon arrival. Tourist tax (approx. 1.20 € per person and day) payable on site. Final cleaning included in the price of the stay. Towels, dish towels and bed linen must be brought. It is also possible to rent bed linen and towels, this must be specified when booking. The rental price for bed linen is 15 € per double bed and 10 € per single bed per stay or change, the rental price for a towel set (1 shower towel + 1 hand towel) is 4 € – payable on site. High chair for children on request (approx. 2 € per day, payable on site). Side tent not allowed.

The legend tells that Umag was named after the Celtic word “mag”, which stands for fertile land. This land and sea has truly always been blessed with everything that nature offers. In olden times Umag used to be the summer residence for the Roman nobles. Some of the ancient glamorous villas in the old town of Umag can still today be admired. Umag has also preserved a part of the old town´s walls and some of it´s beautiful churches, like the church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary and the church of St. Pelegrin. The charm of Umag however goes far beyond its fascinating history, in the present it cherishes life full with colors and sounds of a typical Mediterranean town. Its nightlife is rich both with urban and folks entertainment. On the one hand there are many music festivals, dancing nights, exhibitions, performances and concerts and on the other hand the folk festivals are reflecting all the joy and art of “living it the local way”. Umag is famous for its Blue Flag rewarded beaches Laguna Stella Maris, Katoro, Aurora and Kanegra. Rewarded with the international prize for the absolute sea clarity, they conquer with their allure and crystal beauty.
